Order Return Policy

You have 14 days after receiving your order to decide if you want to keep or return your items.

  • To qualify for a refund, all items must be in the same condition in which you received them (New with Tags items must be returned with original tags attached)
  • If an item does not arrive as described, please reach out to the Landa Bazaar support team.
  • Original shipping charge is not refunded when returning items
  • You should have your purchase receipt as proof of purchase if requested
  • Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 10 working days

Our Promise

If we’ve listed an item incorrectly or there’s a problem with your order/item, we will make it right. Shoot support@landabazaar.com an email with your order ID explaining the situation and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible!


If you would like to exchange your goods for a different style or size, please follow the usual returns procedure and then place a separate order for the replacement item(s) you wish to purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
